PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a Software Developer to join a small but growing team that supports a diverse set of Government Programs. The Software Developer will:

* Support sophisticated enterprise architectures to meet challenging mission goals, scalability requirements and that allow for a flexible system evolution and agile development. Typical system requirements include large data sets, large numbers of users and various distributed computing and middleware services.
* Be a key member of the team working on a Government Program that bases the entire architecture on a central enterprise wide implementation of Oracle 9i/10g and other databases.
* Support development, operation and maintenance of new and legacy applications.

The selected candidate will work with a team that is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of several development efforts using Java. Responsibilities will include support to the design, implementation, and integration of software solutions. Must be able to work in a dynamic highly flexible, team-oriented environment with individual responsibilities for internal and customer deliverables and schedule. Willingness to learn new techniques and an ability to accomplish tasks through research and self-study.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must have 1 to 3 years of experience and good skills at developing Web GUIs with a through understanding of HTML, JavaScript, Web 2.0, and CSS.

Candidate must have exposure to Java, Servlets, Widgets, JSP either in a professional environment or from school based instruction. Candidate should be able to perform technical tasks independently.

The successful candidate should have experience designing, building, and maintaining Web-based information systems utilizing a combination of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software, .Net, Oracle and SQL Server, detailed knowledge of current software development practices, trends, and standards, and have experience with object-oriented languages and methodologies to support the design, development, and maintenance of software applications and systems.

Following skills are highly preferred:

•Strong JAVA software development skills with demonstrated experience on successful JAVA development projects
•Experience with database development and design, preferably in Oracle

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join a small but growing team that supports a diverse set of Government Programs. The Systems Engineer will:

* Support systems engineering activities which include any of the following: Concept of Operations Formulation, Requirements Definition, Analysis and Engineering, System Architecting, System analysis and design, Interface and Data Architectures, Validation and Verification, System Integration, System & Op. Performance Analysis. Lifecycle Cost Analysis & Estimation, Decision Analysis and Resolution.
* Be a key member of the team working on a Government Program that bases the entire architecture on a central enterprise wide implementation.
* Work directly with the customer to ensure that the applications meet operational requirements.
* Receive assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet objectives.
* Provide solutions to a variety of problems that may arise in a expeditious, efficient, and timely manner.
* May supervise a team of multi-disciplinary personnel to ensure congruence of the various hardware, software, communications and interface approaches.

Candidate must be able to plan and execute highly complex engineering activities for all life cycle activities for small to medium-scale projects.

Candidate should be able to perform on complex problems act perform technical tasks independently to determine methods and procedures to be used on new assignments.

Candidate should exhibit the following qualities within the work environment:

Education: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, or similar discipline from an accredited college/university and 10 years experience.

• Systems Engineering with SE degree or certification
• Engineering experience with a MS or PHD would be a real plus.
• Direct participation in SEI CMMI process improvement activities in a systems engineering environment
• Familiarity with CMMI Level 3 processes.
• Integration of Identity Management Systems, knowledge of biometrics.
